A Highly detailed hand carved and painted Toad sits with a sign that reads “World’s End”. This work was created during the artist time at the Leitrim Sculpture Center Residency in Ireland. The imagery was inspired by wildlife that could be found near the Sculpture Center and leans towards a playful, fairytale aesthetic that is also highly detailed and realistic.
