NADA is a peer community for galleries, institutions, and art professionals who believe our industry works better when people work together. Being a part of NADA Membership gives you year-round access to that network: the mentorship program, peer gatherings, programming in New York and internationally, and the infrastructure behind the flagship fairs.

All NADA Members and Collectors receive access to year-round invitations to NADA events and programs and VIP early access to fairs and events.

NADA Nonprofit
For nonprofits, institutions, platforms, and publications whose work is in conversation with contemporary art. Being a Nonprofit member means being in genuine dialogue with galleries, art professionals, and institutions across the field.

Being a NADA Nonprofit Member does not guarantee participation in NADA fairs and exhibitions. Fair participation is a separate, competitive application. Most members describe the peer relationships and year-round resources as the real value of membership.

Eligibility
Must have been in operation for at least one year. Application requires a written statement of interest, a description of gallery program and history, and two references from existing NADA Gallery Members.

NADA Code of Ethics
NADA Nonprofit Members must acknowledge their compliance with NADA’s Code of Ethics, to be observed in their relations with each other and their clients, artists, and other dealers. 

Admission
NADA Nonprofit Membership applications are reviewed twice annually by NADA’s Membership and Programming Committee, comprised of current members.

For curators, advisors, critics, independent dealers, and others doing work in and around contemporary art. If your practice is in conversation with the field, there is a place for you here. The Individual membership puts you in a peer community alongside the galleries, publications, and institutions shaping the field.

NADA Collectors:

Friends of NADA
Friends of NADA is a NADA Membership group for art collectors and those who align themselves with NADA’s mission of cultivating, supporting, and advancing new voices in contemporary art.

This membership level is dedicated to a distinct group within NADA’s larger constituency. NADA’s member network currently includes Gallery Membership, comprising galleries, artist-run spaces, non-profit organizations, museums, and institutions; and Individual Membership, for professionals working with contemporary art.

Friends of NADA furthers our mission as a 501c(6) non-profit membership organization to enhance the public’s interaction with contemporary art, and to develop a stronger sense of community among our constituency of galleries, independent arts professionals, and those who support them.

Programming for Friends of NADA has a dedicated focus on NADA Member Galleries and their artists, as well as the collectors who champion them.

Select benefits of Friends of NADA Membership include:
  • Exclusive first-access preview to NADA fairs, allowing on-site access before VIP opening hours

NADA Collects
NADA Collects is membership group that hosts monthly programming—previews, salons, gallery tours, and private walkthroughs—that puts collectors in the room with the galleries and artists shaping contemporary art right now.

NADA Collects furthers our mission as a 501c(6) non-profit membership organization to enhance the public’s interaction with contemporary art, and to develop a stronger sense of community among our constituency of galleries, independent arts professionals, and those who support them.

Programming for NADA Collects has a dedicated focus on NADA Member Galleries and their artists. Events are primarily based in NYC, with additional events in Miami and other cities in alignment with the global art calendar.

Monthly membership provides access and invitations to programming from date of sign up.
