A Highly detailed hand carved and painted Owl marches with a sign that reads ”Falling Sky”...a nod to children’s illustrated stories. This work was created during the artist time at the Leitrim Sculpture Center Residency in Ireland. The imagery was inspired by wildlife that could be found near the Sculpture Center and leans towards a playful, fairytale aesthetic.
