Since 2015, Bascha has worked almost exclusively on paper, gradually shifting toward larger, vertical formats. Each piece is created in a single session, guided by the music of Olivier Messiaen. The resulting works are bold and spontaneous, characterized by symbolic marks, calligraphic strokes, and floating layers of paint. he work is framed in white-washed oak, enhancing their luminous quality.
