Ceysson & Bénétière is excited to present a solo booth of new works by Nigerian artist Dennis Osadebe (b. 1991, Lagos, Nigeria). This presentation is planned to preview his upcoming solo exhibition ‘Forcing Connections’ with Ceysson & Bénétière New York opening May 22nd. Presented at a time when the art world is grappling with the implications of the Internet, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies, Osadebe’s work offers a powerful counterpoint; asserting that tradition and modernity are not mutually exclusive—but can be harmonized to imagine a more inclusive and optimistic future.
