Entrance is pleased to present work by Mariko Makino, Nick Sethi, Rhys Gaetano, Luke Barber-Smith, and Hannah Lee. The presentation functions as a retrospective, with work by artists who have shown since the gallery reopened in 2021. Entrance champions emerging artists, such as Makino and Sethi, while also cultivating support for artists mid-career, like Gaetano. Together, these artists represent the values inherent in the program at Entrance: each artist engages rigorously with divergent cultural histories in art, and all are fundamentally community-oriented in their approach to art making.
