NADA + Artspace:
NADA and Artspace have collaborated to produce 4-Color Pen Ball by Tyson Reeder, a limited-edition basketball to be debuted at NADA New York.

Reeder will be onsite at NADA New York during the Opening Preview, Thursday May 5, at 2pm for a signing event.

The basketball design follows a series of group exhibitions organized by Tyson and his brother, artist Scott Reeder, in which artists were invited to make drawings using only a four-color pen. The theme for the show was inspired by the organizational system Scott Reeder uses to record ideas, “green is for art, red for film, blue for sound, and black for boring things like grocery lists.”

Artspace.com is the official online partner of NADA New York 2015, serving as a dedicated hub that features artwork from all exhibitors, fully searchable by medium, artist, price, and more.

A preview of NADA New York will go live on Artspace on April 27.

NADA × PAOM:
NADA x PAOM is an artist-designed, limited-edition line of clothing and objects featuring artwork by contemporary artists represented by NADA galleries, screened on Print All Over Me merchandise.

The 2016 featured artists are Elizabeth Jaeger and Sojourner Truth Parsons.

The pieces, each an edition of 50, will be available to purchase at the NADA Shop, part of the fair entrance in the main lobby, along with NADA merchandise.

The limited edition pieces will also be available for purchase through on-site orders during the fair and online on the NADA x PAOM Shop, beginning on May 5.

NADA Artadia Award:
NADA and Artadia are pleased to be presenting the NADA Artadia Award at NADA New York. This will be the seventh time NADA and Artadia have partnered to give unrestricted funds to an artist exhibiting at the fair.

Two nationally renowned curators will select one artist exhibiting at the fair to receive an unrestricted, merit-based Award of $5,000. The chosen artist will have access to the lifetime of benefits of the Artadia Awards program, including participation in the innovative Art & Dialogue series, exhibition opportunities, studio visits with curators and collectors, a profile page on the Artadia Artist Registry, and access to ongoing professional services.

The NADA Artadia Award acknowledges innovative voices working in contemporary art today. This unique collaboration highlights the ways in which nonprofit organizations and art fairs can come together to celebrate artistic excellence.
