HAIRandNAILS is pleased to present a solo exhibition of work by Gary, IN based poet/visual artist Manal Kara, including a collection of their wall-mounted Portals, made of ceramic and photographic prints on fabric, stacked and stitched together. They are visual and text-based poems, field notes, observations from deep listening during walks, drives and travel in general. There will also be text-based paintings, and several small sculptures.
