Shimizu Brand

Shimizu Brand is creating a portrait studio using backdrops and props constructed by ten artists and collaborative groups. For two hours each day, Josh Brand and Trevor Shimizu will take portraits of visitors to the fair in front of or interacting with their choice of artwork. In exchange for these photo-portraits, Shimizu Brand asks that the subjects make a donation to Lotus House, a Miami charity that provides housing and services for homeless women, youth, and children. The artworks that comprise the portrait studio environment will be viewable for the duration of the fair.
