AKIINOUE

Artworks

Description

AKIINOUE presents Yuki Nagashima’s solo project at NADA New York. Born in Tokyo in 1989, Nagashima works with monotype, a printmaking technique that produces unique, unrepeatable images. By layering pigment repeatedly on a single plate, she creates compositions that reflect fragments of a shifting world with poetic sensitivity. Her works, held in collections such as the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and Jyväskylä Art Museum, expand the boundaries between printmaking and painting, inviting a contemplative and tactile viewing experience.
