How do I enter the fair?
Please enter the Starrett-Lehigh building at the 11th Avenue entrance, between 26th and 27th Streets.
How do I choose my ticket to the fair?
The single-day ticket will allow you access to one day of the fair from Wednesday, May 13, 4pm, through Sunday, May 17, no re-entry will be permitted. 

The multi-day pass will allow you access from Wednesday, May 13, 4pm and re-entry throughout the run of show. 

The Vernissage pass will grant access to the NADA New York 2026 Preview Day from 2pm, Wednesday, May 13 and re-entry throughout the run of show. 
Where do I purchase my ticket to the fair?
Tickets can be purchased here. Only a limited amount of tickets will be available to purchase onsite at the ticketing desk, located at the fair entrance. We strongly encourage guests to purchase tickets online in advance of the fair.

I purchased a single-day ticket. Can I change the date I selected?
You can change your booked entry day at any time leading up to the fair, subject to availability. Simply click the ‘View/Change Booking’ button located in your confirmation email.
How do I use my pass to enter the fair?
Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to include your digital pass (QR code) to attend the fair. Add your digital pass to your smartphone wallet for quick entry scanning. This pass will be requested each time you enter the fair. 

If you cannot locate your confirmation email, simply check-in at the front desk using your name. 
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Do I need a ticket for my child?
Admission is free for children ages 12 and under.
What is the cut-off time for visitors to enter the fair?
Last entry for guests will be 15 minutes before closing time. Please note the building elevators used to enter the fair will become busy at closing time. We advise you to plan ahead and leave enough time to enjoy the fair during open hours. 

Are there any discounts for groups?
There are no discounts available for group bookings. If you have a large school or Museum group please contact [email protected].
Accessibility
NADA is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible event. NADA New York and NADA Presents are both wheelchair accessible. 

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is available for public programs upon request with two weeks advance notice. NADA will make every effort to provide accommodation for requests made with less than two weeks’ notice. Please contact [email protected] to make a request for these accommodations. 
What is the Crowd Release/Notice of filming and photography policy at NADA New York?

How do I access my VIP Pass?
VIP Passes are accessible through your NADA VIP Account Dashboard. All guests are required to book their entry to the fair. Once you book your entry to the fair, you will receive a confirmation email to include your digital pass (QR code). Add your digital pass to your smartphone wallet for quick entry scanning. This pass will be requested each time you enter the fair. 
Are VIP Passes valid for a guest?
Your VIP Pass is valid for you and a guest to attend the VIP Preview, including re-entry throughout the run of show.
How do I access the VIP Program?
The VIP Program will launch in the weeks leading up to the fair and VIP guests will be able to register their attendance for events in advance. All VIP Programs and specials events will require RSVP unless otherwise noted. You will be able to RSVP to all VIP events by logging into your VIP Account Dashboard here
