NADA New York Art Fair Temporary Staff
NADA is seeking temporary staff with an interest and general knowledge of art fairs and contemporary art to fill the following roles at the 12th edition of NADA New York.
Candidates must be available on-site Monday, May 11 through Sunday, May 17, 2026.
Responsibilities:
At Front Desk Check-in, you are the first point of contact for guests attending NADA New York. Your primary role is to create a welcoming environment, guide visitors, answer questions, and ensure smooth visitor flow throughout the event. You’ll assist with directions, provide information about exhibits and schedules, and respond to any general inquiries to enhance the guest experience. Ideal candidates are personable, proactive, and enjoy engaging with people in a dynamic, art-focused setting.

Ideal candidates are personable, proactive, and enjoy engaging with people in a dynamic, art-focused setting.
As Floor Manager, you assist with booth orders and installation requests and function as the point person for an assigned group of exhibitors. These candidates must perform well under pressure and have good communications skills. Applicants should be solution-oriented and have a desire to work directly with art-world professionals. Experience working with contractors in a fast paced environment is highly desirable.
NADA Shop attendants are responsible for staffing NADA’s booth and execute point of sale for merchandise and artist editions. Desirable applicants have the ability provide frontline customer service and information about NADA to visitors of the fair.
Art Storage attendants are responsible for ensuring exhibitors are properly storing their inventory and are responsible for maintaining a space-efficient storage system.

Requirements:
Candidates must be comfortable standing and moving for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, providing customer-facing service, and performing moderate lifting.

Compensation:
Hourly rates start at $19/hour.
