Join NADA, Artists Against Displacement, NYC Artist Coalition, New York Nico, and small businesses across the city for a Town Hall on Rent Relief on Wednesday, December 9th at 7pm.

We'll look at a specific aspect of small business relief from city government, specifically The Commercial Rent Stabilization Bill #1796, a bill drafted before COVID-19 which acknowledges that the city's vital small businesses are in dire need of significant help against the unchecked power of real estate interests. The bill would reduce unfair rent hikes by setting up a rent guidelines board  to regulate commercial rent increase across the city.

The audience will include activists, small business owners, members of the press, and local politicians. We demand that the city takes action and save the small businesses that make NYC what it is.
