On the occasion of NADA 2022, Printed Matter is launching a new print edition with artist Tammy Nguyen as well as a collaboratively curated selection of artists’ books in the booth. On Saturday afternoon, Printed Matter and Tammy Nguyen will present a special performance by SONIC MUD, with Éléonore Weill, Julia Elsas, and Kirk Knuffke located at Printed Matter’s booth (C12). Using ceramics sculptures all hand-built by Elsas, the performers will respond to Nguyen’s exploration of the relationship between sound, wind, and geological form.
