Queer Angles
NADA New York
601 W 26th Street, 3rd Floor
Presented with the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, this conversation will highlight the role of the museum's collections and archives in preserving and teaching about queer art. With a collection of over 25,000 objects, the museum embraces and celebrates the impact of art and artists in queer movements, communities, and culture. Now, after more than half a century of exhibitions, the museum is in a critical moment of both historicizing its collection and uplifting its impact and empowerment of queer and trans artists today.

Featuring Alyssa Nitchun (Executive Director of the Leslie-Lohman), Stamatina Gregory (Head Curator and Director of Exhibition and Collections at Leslie-Lohman), Natalie Kates (Founder Kates-Ferri Projects), Tommy Kha (Artist), and Phillip Collins (Founder of Good Black Art).
