With a technique developed by the artist, Carla Grunauer’s series Vicious Circle unfolds through the repetition of a single gesture and its formal variations. The works enter into dialogue with one another, presenting hybrid figures that merge avian, human, and soft geometric traits, forming a continuous loop across the series.
