The Locker Room
Artworks
Description
Eric Diehl's surreal nocturnes inhabit the sprawl of the American Southwest—empty overpasses, lone gas stations, sodium-lit parking lots rendered with cinematic precision. His canvases capture what Jillian Steinhauer described as "a state of isolation that's as seductive as it is uneasy," channeling the atmospheric spirituality of Agnes Pelton through Edward Hopper's psychological distance. This presentation previews Diehl's upcoming solo exhibition at The Locker Room's Tribeca gallery, scheduled for 2026.
