Hawkins Headquarters

Hawkins Headquarters presents a solo presentation of new works by Atlanta-based artist and writer Jackson Markovic. Merging photography, performance ephemera, and conceptual writing, Markovic constructs imagined queer archives that flicker between presence and erasure. Rooted in a speculative reconstruction of an underground nightclub, his light boxes and lens-based works repurpose discarded materials to explore nostalgia, critique, and the unstable intersections of pleasure, memory, and visual history.
