Chemi Rosado-Seijo is a socially-engaged artist whose practice juxtaposes architecture and the urban landscape, work and social action, art and its history. His series History on Wheels is an ongoing project that draws parallels between histories and his skateboarding practice. In “G Orwell (History on Wheels),” 2019, George Orwells’ dystopian social science fiction novel, 1984, is mounted on skateboard wheels.
