Historic gowns worn by visiting princesses, sun drenched landscapes, Art-Deco landmarks in decline, and Michelle Pfeiffer’s ‘Elvira’ from Brian De Palma’s 1983 Miami-noir ‘Scarface’ constellate as both a lament and celebration of the city’s singular spirit.
