NADA and TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, are pleased to announce Curated Spotlight, a special section at NADA New York 2022 curated by Kendra Jayne Patrick, a NADA member and founder of the itinerant Gallery Kendra Jayne Patrick.

Curated Spotlight will feature five artist presentations by exhibiting galleries. This section follows the inaugural Curated Spotlight program selected by Ebony L. Haynes, which debuted at NADA Miami 2021.

Curated Spotlight participants include Joeun Kim Aatchim (Harper’s), Teresa Baker (de boer), Elliot Reed (anonymous gallery), Elif Saydam (Franz Kaka), and Quay Quinn Wolf (Jack Barrett).

Curatorial Statement by Kendra Jayne Patrick:
“I am so pleased to have been invited to emphasize the work of five captivating artists at this year’s edition of NADA New York. During a season when we’re all trying to make sense of our surroundings, I find myself drawn to artists with the sort of expansive material habits that can sharply articulate the space that they occupy. We exist at a time when only imagination can see us beyond the all-encompassing strictures of war and monopoly powers, so I’m attracted to art whose elaborate sets of references combine into crisp takes on how we might assemble the Future. Also, they’re all a little bit funny. I’m humbled to accept the baton from Ebony L. Haynes on this fantastic collaboration between the New Art Dealers Alliance and TD Bank, and look forward to seeing our community at the fair.”
