The deadline to apply is Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is now accepting applications for the sixth edition of NADA New York, to take place March 8–11, 2018 at Skylight Clarkson Sq.
This year will be the first in NADA New York’s new, multi-year location, Skylight Clarkson Sq at 550 Washington Street in West SoHo. The 60,000 sq ft ground floor venue, comprised of three polished studios, will house a newly designed floor plan for exhibiting galleries and public programming.
NADA New York will also debut new options for exhibitor participation, including a 96 sq. ft. booth option in the Galleries section and an expanded NADA Projects section with a more open, exhibition-like format.
The application is open to both members and non-members.
For the 2018 edition of NADA New York, NADA Projects will extend its programming initiatives by offering three options for gallery participation in a more open, exhibition-like setting within the art fair environment. The area will not be laid out in a traditional booth grid, but rather will be designed to suit the work selected. This section is meant to highlight small-scale presentations and idiosyncratic projects, as well as galleries that would like to focus on exhibiting one or two artists.
NADA is also pleased to announce a new prize for exhibitors in the NADA Projects section. A gallery exhibiting in the NADA Projects section of the fair will be invited to return for the subsequent year in a sponsored small booth in the Galleries section.
NADA International Gallery Prize
The International Gallery Prize is an initiative to award commercial galleries based outside the U.S. an invitation to exhibit at NADA New York for the first time in a sponsored booth provided by NADA. The prize is supported by visitors through ticket sales.
Eligibility requires that applicants are commercial galleries based outside of the U.S., traveling internationally to exhibit at NADA New York for the first time.
