The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) and Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) are pleased to announce the selection of the inaugural NADA Acquisition Gift for PAMM, an acquisition gift for the museum’s permanent collection. The museum has selected Untitled #1 (2017), from the series “One Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy One Rides,” by Puerto Rican artist Chemi Rosado-Seijo exhibited by Embajada Gallery at NADA Miami 2017.

The NADA Acquisition Gift Fund for PAMM provides funding for PAMM curators María Elena Ortiz, René Morales, and Jennifer Inacio to acquire an artwork for the museum’s permanent collection.

“We are very excited about our partnership with NADA, and delighted to acquire Chemi’s work—an artist we have been following for a long time. It was a unanimous decision between René, Jennifer, and I,” says PAMM curator María Elena Ortiz.
