Greetings,

We are pleased and excited to inform you that the application for The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) Art Fair 2009 is now available. This 7th edition of the NADA Art Fair will take place in Miami Beach, December 3-6, 2009 in the stately ballrooms and beachside environs of the historic Deauville Beach Resort on Collins Avenue in North Miami Beach, conveniently located just north of the Miami Beach Convention Center and Art Deco district.

There are a number of changes being made to the fair this year that we’d like to bring to your attention. The following list of changes are being made in response to feedback from past exhibitors and current members of the organization and we hope you will find them appealing:

-Two sections to the fair. The fair will for the first time be divided into two sections, with one dedicated exclusively to solo presentations. Please note that the booths reserved for solo exhibitions will be slightly smaller and less expensive than those reserved for unrestricted presentations. The total number of booths will also be reduced, reinforcing the high quality presentation that the fair is known for.

-Reduced booth cost to the exhibitor. This year, the Nada Art Fair will be lowering booth prices. As we operate on a co-op model, we do not yet have the final cost on the booths but they will be under $10,000. We will confirm the booth prices for 2009 before the May 21st application deadline.

-Special room rates for all exhibitors, artists and special guests. 2009 Rates are the can be booked by using the code word “NADA 2009” and are as follows: $99.00-Single; $99.00-Double; $109-Triple; $119-Quad. (Special request to Ocean View Rooms-$129; Ocean Front Rooms-$159; Junior Suites-$199.00)

-Opening Preview for the fair will no longer be a benefit and will be moved to the morning of Thursday, Dec 3. This preview will be by invitation only. Exhibitors will be encouraged to invite their preferred guests and VIP’s.

-In addition, this new location boasts every convenience of being located on the beach in a comfortable full service resort: Convenient and safe parking, rental car agency in the building, oversized swimming pool, spa, fitness-center, on-site restaurant and bar, and an intimate 200-seat theater.

-Within walking distance: 24-hour Walgreen’s, Publix, and neighborhood restaurants and bars.
